Science

SEQuaderma is a new way to care for red, dry and itchy skin. Unlike emollients, that simply moisturise the skin, it has been clinically proven to improve symptoms of atopic and hand eczema in over 70% of the patients who tried it. The product hydrates and delivers skin-supplementing ingredients directly into the skin to maintain skin barrier function and the skin’s own repair mechanism. Maintaining the normal skin environment, it may help to prevent new disease flare-ups.

Directions

  • Thinly spread a suitable amount over the affected area and leave until it is touch-dry, avoiding applying creams, topical medications, other SEQuaderma products or make-up until dry. Do not rub in – the gel has to dry to create the environment that allows the tiny lipid spheres in the gel to cross the skin into the tissue below.
  • Avoid getting the products in the eyes, but if this does happen, rinse with plenty of cold water.
  • Do not use if hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.
  • Once open, use within 3 months.
  • Regular twice-a-day application provides at least 2 weeks of treatment, depending on the size of the area being treated.
